Master of Ceremonies
Joel Hitchcock-Tilton grew up on farms in southeastern Wisconsin before moving to New Orleans to attend Xavier University. After living and working in the city for a couple of years, Joel and his business partner, Jim Seely, started a small community garden that turned into a larger urban farm. Paradigm Gardens supplies select New Orleans restaurants with fresh, local produce and hosts concerts, dinners, workshops, weddings and other events in their lush outdoor space.
