Fromage à Trois: Cheese, Chefs and Cocktails
Before the official festival begins, come party with New Orleans’ best chefs and the world’s best cheesemakers.
On Friday, November 15, 2019 Fromage à Trois will feature 10-15 chefs each making a perfect bite with a singular cheese. Enjoy each bite with signature cocktails or hit the cash bar before working off the cheese on the dance floor. Vote for your favorite bite – the winner will be announced at Fête des Fromages! Fête des Fromages: The Country’s Biggest Cheese Festival
On Saturday, November 16, 2019 taste more than 150 cheeses and meet two dozen cheesemakers from around the world. Enjoy unlimited cheese tastes alongside wine, beer, and cocktails. Hang out on the grass lawn and listen to New Orleans bands, or watch local chefs battle it out on stage in a cheese cutting competition.
VIP ticket holders will enjoy exclusive festival access, a “Cheese 101” class and a dedicated lounge with premium wines, swag bags and complimentary snacks. Early bird tickets on sale soon.
Cheese & Cocktails: A Class for the Serious Gourmand
On Wednesday, November 13, 2019 St. James Cheese Company will host a class pairing 5 of the world’s best cheeses with 5 signature cocktails. Taught by author and leading cheese expert Liz Thorpe, this class will get you primed for a weeks-long cheese deep dive.
